Face Tracking Data: The AAC Watch app uses ARKit head tracking to detect the user's face as seen in the device's front TrueDepth camera feed for the purpose of controlling an on-screen pointer, allowing users with limited mobility to interact with the app. Head orientation and position data is used expressly for controlling the on-screen pointer and is not stored or transmitted in any way. The AAC Watch app needs permission to use the camera for this purpose.
Voice Recognition Data: If you ask AAC Watch a question, we may request access to your microphone. We do not store your question or your audio information, but in the event your question is not recognized or not interpreted correctly, you have the option to send this information back to AAC Watch. In this instance, AAC watch may capture a) a transcription of the interpreted phrase and b) a textual representation of the options presented to the user (if it was able to generate options).
To keep improving our services, Watch AAC uses Google Analytics to analyze which categories of phrases our users use the most. We do not store your saved phrases .
Watch AAC does not have links or promotion to 3rd party apps other than apps from Kalyani Bhimavarapu
Watch AAC stores the phrases(texts) on your device. All the information(texts, new categories) would be deleted from the app by deleting the app on user device .
The User's Personal Data may be used for legal purposes by Kalyani Bhimavarapu, in Court or in the stages leading to possible legal action arising from improper use of this Application or the related services. The User is aware of the fact that Kalyani Bhimavarapu may be required to reveal personal data upon request of public authorities.
